  • No, BobbiBeautyBar does not offer exchanges. Be sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on our site.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING & PROCESSING TAKE?
  • Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your or will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you’ll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days After it has been processed.
ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?
  • Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.
HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
  • The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you're trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Length over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.
HOW LONG DOES BOBBIBEAUTYBAR EXTENSIONS LAST?
  • BobbiBeautyBar Mink Galore hair can last 2-3 years with proper care depending on the way you treat the hair.
  • Luxe Galore Collection can last 3-5 years Hair can be dyed to a 613.
  • 613 Galore Collection can last 3years with proper care.
  • We recommend co-washing the hair with. Non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.
CAN I COLOR THESE EXTENSIONS? 
  • Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look you want. 
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ALREADY PLACED ORDER?
  • If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email or text us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to change it. Please see our CONTACT page.
